Since its founding in 1920, CIM has offered a world class education to students from 3 to 93 and provided concerts for the community. Located in University Circle, CIM is easily accessible to all music lovers. Technology allows CIM to expand its reach beyond local boundaries. Distance Learning programs connect in real time to teachers and students around the world through high-speed videoconferencing technology. The Distance Learning departmnet has distinguished itself as a leader in creating and delivering engaging content for a variety of educational applications. Interdiciplinary programs use music to help students and teachers at the K-12 level improve skills in math, science, language arts and history.
